Mibuna is characterized by narrow, soft, non-serrated and very tasty leaves. It is a cut and come again salad which can be harvested several times. Already four weeks after sowing, the plants have a length of approx. 20 cm. Mibuna reminds of rocket but does not have such a bitter taste. Its slightly sharp aroma adds fresh spiciness to salad mixes. Mibuna is also popular as a wok vegetable. Recommended cultivation outdoors during the colder season and, in particular, as an intermediate and subsequent crop in the cold greenhouse. Cold-resistant.
