Blue Kuri
This long-shoots pumpkin variety produce dark green to ochre-brown, thick-fleshed, thin-skinned fruits; a deep yellow-orange flesh has a nutty, chestnut-like aroma. Fruit weightis appprox. 1.5-2.5 kg. Blue Kuri is versatile in the kitchen and does not need to be peeled before processing.
