Tarim
Breeding ReinSaat. Asian-type aubergine speciality, also ideal for professional cultivation. The extremely productive, early-maturing, stable plants produce an abundance of approx. 30 cm long, lavender-coloured, white-fleshed fruits. The tender, low-seed, aromatic flesh with a slightly sweet note can be used in a variety of ways. Asian aubergines require a very high germination temperature and germinate irregularly over a longer period of time.
