Tarim
Special eggplant from the ReinSaat breeding, Asian type. This extremely productive, early-maturing, stable variety produces an abundance of 10 - 15 cm long, lavender-colored, white-fleshed fruits. Its tender, aromatic flesh with a slightly sweet note can be enjoyed raw in salads, sautéed, grilled etc.
