Red Grumolo chicory from the Smarties breeding line. The medium-sized, deep red leaf rosettes are loosely layered with open outer leaves. Frost-hardy and ideally suited for late summer sowing and winter harvest. Traditionally, Grumolo Rosso is consumed both raw and cooked.
