Hibiscus cannabinus/Kenaf

Kenaf, also known as Hibiscus cannabinus, impresses with its decorative, palmately lobed foliage and large hibiscus-like flowers in creamy white to pale yellow with a dark centre. Attractive as a specimen or background plant. In its subtropical native regions, kenaf grows as a perennial and is traditionally used as a fibre plant for ropes, fabrics, and paper.
