Italian speciality of the Catalogna type. Produces dark green, serrated leaves with vibrant burgundy-red stems. Pleasantly aromatic with pronounced bitter notes. Grows up to 40 cm tall. Harvest can be done leaf by leaf or as a whole rosette. Delicious both raw and cooked.
