Purple Rain
Robust, firm-cooking variety with intensely violet-coloured skin and violet-white marbled flesh. Produces high yields of long-oval tubers with an intense, slightly sweet flavour and excellent storage qualities. Versatile in use, e.g. for salads or fried potatoes. Colour remains stable when cooked. Resistant to late blight (foliage and tubers), scab, fusarium, iron spot and growth deformities.
Delivery: February/March.
Seed potato orders will be processed as a separate order (plus shipping costs) for logistical and quality assurance reasons.
