Customer Service & Sales Assistant | Maternity Leave Replacement

Location: St. Leonhard am Hornerwald | Full-time 40h

Your responsibilities:

Customer service, sales and support

  • Friendly and competent support for our customers via phone, email and in the salesroom

  • Handling contact forms, catalogue requests and general customer enquiries

  • Support for key accounts

  • Participation in trade fairs and ReinSaat events (e.g. Spring Festival)

  • Creating and updating various lists and reports

Order processing & online shop

  • Processing of orders (online shop, email, phone, post, fax)

  • Maintenance of our online shop

  • Preparing offers and documents for resellers:

    • Creating price and product lists

    • Managing delivery notes and shipping documents

Shipping, returns & logistics

  • Handling returns and complaints

  • Tracking shipments and corresponding with carriers (DPD, Post)

Invoicing & payment management

  • Sending invoices digitally

  • Managing the cash register (daily closing, float, etc.)

Your qualifications:

  • Passion for communication and direct customer contact

  • Friendly, polite and service-oriented working style

  • Structured, accurate and reliable

  • Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel), online shop experience is an advantage

Head of Sales

Your role at ReinSaat:

With approx. one million seed packets sold annually and around 800 varieties in our range, our sales department is the essential link between premium seed and satisfied customers. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for Sales & Customer Service, as well as Packaging, Shipping, Order Picking and Invoicing. You lead your team with clarity, heart and vision, ensuring smooth operations and continuously developing structures and processes – with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

Leadership & Organisation

  • Operational and disciplinary leadership of the Sales & Logistics teams

  • First contact person for team members and day-to-day operations

Finance Officer – Accounting, Financial Statements & Controlling

Your role at ReinSaat:

As a Finance Officer, you are jointly responsible for the accurate handling of our financial operations and collaborate closely with management and external partners.

Your responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping (accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, petty cash)

  • Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)

  • Account reconciliation, dunning, payment transactions

  • Creating evaluations, reports and business analyses

  • Liaison with tax advisors and auditors

  • Participation in the further development of accounting processes

Controlling:

  • Support in budgeting, cost accounting and variance analysis

  • Financial reporting and data analysis

  • Project and cost centre analysis

  • Regular reports for management

  • Preparation of KPIs and ongoing performance monitoring

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training with successful accounting and balance sheet exams

  • Further training in controlling is a plus

  • Digital skills – confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with RZL accounting software is a bonus

Gardener with experience in vegetable cultivation

  • Experience handling agricultural equipment and machinery

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and precise working style
