Mid-early maturing, high-yielding variety suitable for both market and home gardening, with vigorous growth and abundant harvests. The medium-sized, elongated-triangular fruits are crisp and thin-walled, already sweet with a slight spiciness when still green. Tall, sturdy plant structure suitable for outdoor and greenhouse cultivation. Fruit weight: 30–40 g. Heat level: 0–2.
TIP:
This specialty variety of Spanish origin develops its characteristic flavour — a blend of mild heat and sweet pepper aroma — especially when grilled or smoked. Traditionally, the grilled pods are preserved in oil or used as fillings in tapas. Bon appétit!
