Di Sicilia violetto is early, rather cold-resistant variety which forms robust plants with round, strikingly violet heads which turn pink when cooked. Very fine cauliflower taste. Maturing period approx. 80-90 days. Needs loose, well-fertilized soil and adequate irrigation.
