Swiss Chard Mix Iris
Beta vulgaris var. vulgaris
Attractive medium-high Swiss chard with colourful stems in shades of white-pink, yellow, orange, red, and purple. The leaves also vary in colour from light green to dark green and green-red. Retains colour relatively well when cooked. Excellent taste. An interesting variety for direct marketing and home gardens.
