This special type of savoy cabbage is characterised by its light to golden yellow blistered leaves and mild flavour. The variety forms loose, elongated heads that can be harvested whole or leaf by leaf well into winter. Frost enhances both the sweetness and colour of the leaves. Harvest from September to December.
