The compact, uniform heads of the purple savoy cabbage feature thick, blistered outer leaves that turn purple in cold conditions and pale yellow inner leaves with a pleasantly mild, slightly sweet flavor. Highly frost-tolerant, ideal for winter harvest. Development time: approximately 150 days.
