This cucumber specialty is actually a melon. The long (up to 50 cm), slender, dark-light green striped, slightly hairy fruits taste mildly cucumber-typical with a slightly sweet note when harvested young and are completely bitter-free. The flesh is white, slightly fluffy with a small amount of seeds. Protected cultivation with a climbing help is recommended.
