§ 1 PERSONS

§ 2 PURPOSE COMMITMENT

The funds from the sale of ReinSaat-EnergyVouchers are earmarked for investments by ReinSaat GmbH in the areas of solar energy, water supply, and soil improvement.

§ 3 REPAYMENT 

ReinSaat GmbH undertakes to repay a total amount of EUR 330 in the form of shopping vouchers over a period of 10 years for each ReinSaat Energy Voucher purchased at a price of EUR 220.

The first of a total of 11 vouchers, each worth EUR 30, will be issued immediately after receipt of the full payment for the requested vouchers to the ReinSaat bank account listed below, either electronically or by post, as desired. The remaining 10 vouchers of EUR 30 each will be sent out automatically by ReinSaat GmbH in November each year over the next ten years.

The vouchers can be redeemed in the ReinSaat online shop or on-site in St. Leonhard. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for 10 years from the date of issue and may be redeemed individually or accumulated.

To ensure smooth delivery of the vouchers, please inform us promptly of any changes to your address (postal or email).

§ 4 WARRANTY

ReinSaat GmbH assumes full responsibility for fulfilling all necessary regulatory requirements and approval conditions for the energy systems, as well as for their construction, operation, and the management of the resulting outcomes.

ReinSaat-EnergyVouchers are an innovative and alternative form of financing for the construction of energy systems used exclusively by ReinSaat GmbH. It is expressly emphasized that these Energy Vouchers do not constitute a savings product, investment participation, or loan in the conventional economic sense.

This agreement becomes valid upon return of the fully completed and signed form, which we will send by post or email following your voucher request, and upon receipt of the total payment on the following account:
