This perennial, low-growing plant with long, velvety, silver-dusted leaves and pale yellow flower spikes thrives in full sun and is highly tolerant of drought. The entire flowering plant can be used fresh or dried to make a flavourful tea. Traditionally, Bulgarian mountain tea is used as a medicinal herb.
