Shallot Longor
Allium cepa
This traditional French variety, also known as the banana shallot, stands out due to its elongated shape. The large, firm shallots with reddish to copper-coloured skins and a strong aroma are adaptable to all soil types and can be stored for a short period. Each planting shallot produces 6–8 new shallots.
