Annual, approx. 30 cm high culinary herb for soups, sauces and salads. Several sowings and cuts a year. Spring cultivation with sowing outdoors from mid-March. Recommendation: sowing from June for overwintering, suppresses flower formation. Harvest from mid-April to mid-October.
